Haider presents students, educators, and business and IT professionals with a collection of essays from an international group of contributors that together provide an investigation of the relationship between corporations and information systems. The main body of the text is organized in three sections, covering conceptual foundations, issues and challenges, and case studies in the adoption, assimilation, and institutionalization of technologies in a variety of business contexts. Special consideration is given to a variety of related topics, including the consumerization of IT, data management, global competitiveness, and others. Abrar Haider is a faculty member of the University of South Australia.
