Naman Sharma is an Assistant Professor of HRM/OB at Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad, India. He received his PhD from Gurukul Kangri University in 2016 and his research focus is in the areas of workplace deviance, authentic leadership and employee engagement. His previous book has been indexed in Scopus and is an author of numerous research papers in Scopus indexed and ABDC ranked journals with leading publishers such as IGI-Global, Emerald, Inderscience etc. Currently he is working on two more edited books with publishing houses such as World Scientific Publishing.
Narendra Chaudhary has more than ten years of experience in the academic arena. His areas of teaching and research are Human Resource Management, Organisation behaviour, Higher Education, Industrial relations. He is involved in organizing workshops and do impart behavioural training to students and corporates. He is a keen academician and researcher and keeps himself involved in writing articles and cases in reputed journals/magazines like Case Centre which he uses to teach his students in class to give them better understanding of the concepts and sensitize them with actual corporate scenario. He has many research articles to his credit published by reputed international journals published by Emerald, IGI, Inder Science, Science Direct, Taylor and Francis and alike (indexed in Scopus and ranked in ABDC and other renowned rating agencies).
