Editor/Author Biographies

James Manalel is a Professor, School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi, Kerala, India. He has around 35 years of teaching and research experience in Management and Tourism, particularly researched in the areas of entrepreneurship, human resource management and tourism. He has undertaken various research and consultancy services for government as well as private sector, and published several articles in referred international journals, policy papers/ case studies including UNEP and MOEF.
