Dilip Singh Sisodia received the Ph.D. degree in computer science and engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur, India in 2016. He earned his Master of Technology and Bachelor of Engineering degrees respectively in information technology (with specialization in artificial intelligence) in 2007 and computer science and engineering in 2001 from the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (A State Technological University of Madhya Pradesh), Bhopal, India. Presently, Dr. Sisodia is working as an assistant professor in the department of computer science engineering, National Institute of Technology Raipur. He served as a summer research fellow at the Machine Intelligence Unit, Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India in 2013 and visiting faculty at DSPM International Institute of Information Technology Naya Raipur, Raipur, India in 2018. He is a senior member of IEEE and ACM. He has served on review boards many international journals and program committee members of various international/national conferences. He has credited over 70 publications including journal papers, conference papers, book chapters, and books, published by reputed publishers. His current research interests include the web usage mining, machine learning, and computational intelligence Dr. Sisodia is actively associated with various professional societies including CSI, IETE, IE (India), etc.
Ram Bilas Pachori received the B.E. degree with honours in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University, Bhopal, India in 2001, the M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, Kanpur, India in 2003 and 2008, respectively. He worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Charles Delaunay Institute, University of Technology of Troyes, Troyes, France during 2007-2008. He served as an Assistant Professor at Communication Research Center, International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, India during 2008-2009. He served as an Assistant Professor at Discipline of Electrical Engineering, IIT Indore, Indore, India during 2009-2013. He worked as an Associate Professor at Discipline of Electrical Engineering, IIT Indore, Indore, India during 2013-2017 where presently he has been working as a Professor since 2017. He is also an Associated Faculty with Discipline of Biosciences & Biomedical Engineering at IIT Indore. He was a Visiting Professor at School of Medicine, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, Taylorˊs University, Subang Jaya, Malaysia during 2018-2019. He worked as a Visiting Scholar at Intelligent Systems Research Center, Ulster University, Northern Ireland, UK during December 2014. He is an Associate Editor of Electronics Letters, Biomedical Signal Processing and Control journal and an Editor of IETE Technical Review journal. He is a senior member of IEEE and a Fellow of IETE. He has more than 180 publications which include journal papers, conference papers, books, and book chapters. His publications have around 5200 citations, h index of 40, and i10 index of 90 (Google Scholar, January 2020). He has served on review boards for around 100 scientific journals and served for scientific committees of various national and international conferences. His research interests are in the areas of biomedical signal processing, non-stationary signal processing, speech signal processing, signal processing for communications, computer-aided medical diagnosis, and signal processing for mechanical systems.
Lalit Garg is a Lecturer in Computer Information Systems at the University of Malta, Malta. He is also an honorary lecturer at the University of Liverpool, UK. He has also worked as a researcher at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and at the University of Ulster, UK. He received his first degree in electronics and communication engineering from the Barkatullah University, Bhopal, India, in 1999, and his postgraduate in information technology from the ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (IIITM), Gwalior, India, in 2001. He received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Ulster, Coleraine, U.K., in 2010. His Ph.D. research was funded by awarded research studentship in Healthcare Modelling and nominated for the Operational Research Society Doctoral Prize "Most Distinguished Body of research leading to the award of a Doctorate in the field of OR." His research interests are missing data handling, machine learning, data mining, mathematical and stochastic modeling, and operational research, and their applications, especially in the healthcare domain. He has published over 100 technical papers in refereed high impact journals, conferences, and books and has more than 570 citations. He has worked on many multimillion euros projects such as RIGHT (Research into Global Healthcare Tools) and MATCH (Multidisciplinary Assessment of Technology Centre for Healthcare) and presently handling EU funded projects of hundreds of thousands of euros, such as Meditec (Training for Medical Education via Innovative e-Technology). He has supervised two DBA students (University of Liverpool) and 180 Master of Science dissertations (University of Liverpool, UK), two Master of Science dissertation (University of Malta), and four Master of Engineering dissertations (Thapar University, India). Industrial organizations sponsored many of these. Also, supervising/co-supervising two Ph.D. students (University of Malta). Several of his publications received the best paper awards.
