Poshan (Sam) Yu a Chinese Australian, is a versatile individual who excels in a range of roles and industries. With a dynamic skill set, he serves as a consultant, adjunct professor, keynote speaker, research award winner, SSCI journal editor, author, ad-hoc reviewer, entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and OzAsia festival ambassador. Additionally, he brings his financial expertise to over 30 media platforms in China as a guest financial news commentator. Sam's academic contributions extend to various prestigious institutions. He teaches at the University of Victoria Program at Soochow University in China and holds the position of an external professor of financial technology and finance at SKEMA Business School, China. Furthermore, he is a visiting professor at Krirk University in Thailand, EU-Asia research coordinator at the European Business Institute of Luxembourg, and a visiting researcher at the Australian Studies Centre of Shanghai University. Notably, he is also a guest professor at Emlyon Business School China and an adjunct faculty member at George Washington University's master program at Renmin University of China. Previously, he taught as a casual academic at the University of South Australia Business School and was a visiting scholar at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Furthermore, Sam is actively engaged with several organizations and holds significant positions. As a regional partner in China for FasterCapital, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, he plays a vital role in fostering entrepreneurship. He also serves as a vice president at Tinbowah Investment in Beijing and holds an honorary vice president position at the Belt and Road Blockchain Association. Additionally, he contributes as a business mentor for AIC RAISE in Coimbatore, India, the Griffith Industry Mentoring Program in Australia, and University College London. Beyond his professional endeavors, Sam acts as the marketing manager at CAMathories™, an organization founded by a group of Cambridge University alumni and faculty members dedicated to early childhood education, mathematics, science, and advanced technologies. Sam's research interests are extensive and encompass a wide range of topics. They include public-private partnerships, financial technology, regulatory technology, educational technology, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, start-ups, intellectual property, art finance, wine, and China's “One Belt One Road” policy.
Dr. Xiaohan Hu is Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning and International Affairs) of SILC Business School, Shanghai University. She is director of Australia Study Center of Shanghai University, Chair Secretary of Sino-Australia Education Cooperation Alignment, Chairman of University International Trade Professional Practice Teaching Union in Shanghai. Dr. Xiaohan Hu graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2003. She teaches Management, Global Strategic Management, Global Context of Management, Integrative Business Perspective and Global Innovation and Chinese Entrepreneurship. Her main research areas are industrial transformation and innovation, cross-border education cooperation and development. In recent years, he has presided over the National Social Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects, participated in many NSFC projects and corporate consulting projects. She won the second prize of the 3rd "Developer Excellence" Case Award in 2020, Shanghai Nurturing Award (2012), the Second Prize of Shanghai Municipal Teaching Achievement (2013) (2022), the First Prize of Shanghai Municipal Teaching Achievement (2017) (2022). She was a visiting scholar of University of Technology Sydney in 2004 and a visiting scholar of University of Alberta, Canada in 2017. She was awarded the women pace-setter of Shanghai Education System in 2021.
Prof. Ajai Prakash (Ph.D. in Business Administration, LLB, MBA, B.Com) has travelled widely across the globe in his academic rigour. He has worked as Dean, Graduate School at KCA University, Nairobi, Kenya and Professor of Management. He started his career with the industry and later joined as a faculty in the Department of Business Administration, University of Lucknow, India. He works on issues of sustainable development, anti-corruption and globalisation. He is a member of the UN Principles for Responsible Management Education group. He has been the First Director of the B.Com (Hons.) course, he has been among top management contributors at his institution with presence in The Planning and Development Board, Member of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Placement Coordinator, Member of the Research Committee and at many other important positions. He has the distinction of being awarded the Career Award for Young Teachers by All India Council of Technical Education, India. He has a few projects to his credit. His research contributions count to over 40 research papers, around 100 conferences and 4 books. His interest in innovation and technology has strongly developed his skills and he is well versed with DBMS applications. There are 8 doctoral works under his supervision and five of these works are on allied issues of sustainable development with areas spanning from Banking, Education, Microfinance, Smart Cities, Railway transport to FMCG products. He teaches strategic management, managing for sustainability, international business and business environment. Currently he is working on issues related to corruption in the corporate sector.

Dr. Nyaribo Misuko is a senior lecturer and currently the Dean School of Graduate Studies at KCA University Nairobi Kenya. Dr. Nyaribo holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from MDS University, Ajmer, India. Dr. Nyaribo has been engaged in teaching and research at the university level for the last eighteen years. His area of expertise is management with a special focus on human resource management. Dr. Nyaribo has authored many articles published in peer-review journals. He is a member of professional bodies both locally and internationally In addition to his research work, he has mentored and supervised many master’s students. Gu Haiyue graduated from Nanjing University with a BA in English Language, and acquired a MA at Fudan University in the field of English Literature. Since 2001, Ms Gu has been lecturing and dong research at Shanghai University. As the full-time lecturer at SILC Business School, Shanghai University, she teaches Academic English courses, IELTS preparation, public speaking, Australian society and culture, and elective cultural courses to international students. Ms Gu also works at Australian Studies Centre of Shanghai University as the deputy director. Her main research interests include transnational education, regional studies and Australian studies. She has published papers and books about transnational education between China and Australia.
