With a remarkable career spanning over 20 years, she has excelled as an academic researcher, trainer, writer, editor, keynote speaker, motivational speaker, and business consultant within the medical manufacturing and service industry. A distinguished scholar, Prof. Dr. El-Kafafi holds a Ph.D. in Management, a Master’s in Education, a Master’s of Public Administration, and a Bachelor of English Literature with Honors. Her academic prowess is reflected in the publication of hundreds of articles in esteemed journals, insightful book chapters, and impactful conference proceedings. Additionally, she actively shapes the academic landscape by serving on the editorial boards of various national and international journals, as well as contributing her expertise to examination boards and award committees. As an author, she has left an indelible mark with three books published through IGI Global Publishers. The depth of her knowledge is further demonstrated by her success in securing the Performance-Based Research Fund (PBRF) in New Zealand twice, in April 2013 and May 2007, in addition to earning various other prestigious national and international awards.
