Fernando Ortiz-Rodriguez is a Full Professor and Head of the Artificial Intelligence and Innovation Lab at Tamaulipas Autonomous University. He was the Executive Director at the International Institute of Studies (IIES). He created the First Business School in Tamaulipas, Mexico. He worked as the Information Technology Manager at Emerson Electric, where he developed more than 40 pieces of software, some of them used globally in Emerson and achieved technology convergence by implementing the first efforts on IoT and Industry 4.0. Fernando is a member of National Systems Researchers (SNI) Level 1 of the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) and INDEX IT Advisor

Sanju Mishra Tiwari has worked as a Research Associate for a sponsored research project “Intelligent Real time Situation Awareness and Decision Support System for Indian Defense” funded by DRDO in Department of Computer Applications, National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. Her current research interests include Knowledge Based Systems, Ontologism, Intelligent Decision Support, Semantic/ Intelligent Query Search Engines, Intrusion Detection, Swarm Intelligence. She has to-date published 19 research papers one 1 book chapter with international and national publishers. She has 10 years experience in teaching field and 2 years for research field for developing ontologies. She is the member of IEEE. She is working as an organizing committee member of MIR Labs, USA.

Sailesh Iyer has a Ph.D. (In computer Science) and currently serving as a Professor and Dean with Rai University, Ahmedabad. He has more than 22 years of experience in Academics, Industry, and Corporate Training out of which 18 years are in core Academics. He has Patents to his credit and is involved as an Editor for various book projects with IGI Global (USA), Taylor and Francis (UK) and Bentham Science (UAE). A hardcore Academician and Administrator, he has excelled in Corporate Training, Delivered Expert Talk in various AICTE sponsored STTPs, ATAL FDPs, Reputed Universities, Government organized Workshops, Orientation, and Refresher Courses organized by HRDC, Gujarat University. Research Contributions include reputed Publications, Track Chair at ICDLAIR 2020 (Springer Italy), icSoftComp 2020, IEMIS 2020 (Springer), ICRITO 2020 (IEEE), ARISE-2021, FTSE-2021, and TPC members of various reputed International and National Conferences, Reviewer of International Journals like Multimedia Tools and Applications (Springer), Journal of Computer Science (Scopus Indexed), International Journal of Big Data Analytics in Healthcare (IGI Global), Journal of Renewable Energy and Environment, and Editor in various Journals. Expert Talk on Research-based topics in various Universities and Conferences in addition to guiding Research Scholars as supervisors. He has also been invited as a Judge for various events, Examiner for Reputed Universities, is a Computer Society of India Lifetime Member and also serving as Managing Committee (MC) Member, CSI Ahmedabad Chapter from 2018-2020.

Jose Melchor Medina-Quintero is a Doctor in Business Information Systems from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain) and expert in Information Technologies and Systems. Leader of the research group Information Technologies and Strategy (UAT-CA-132), for which he has published 22 papers in high-impact journals (Scopus and JCR) both in Mexico and internationally: Journal of Computer Information Systems, Journal of Information Systems and Technology Management, Innovar Journal, Cuadernos de Administración, Management Studies, Nova Scientia, Accounting and Administration, among others. He is the co-author of 20 book chapters on information technologies and systems. He wrote the book Information Systems Project Planning and co-authored a leading-edge statistical book such as Multivariate Analysis Techniques. Applied to the social sciences, co-author in 6 books with a business administration approach, and coordinator of 5 books. He has supervised 73 theses between graduate, master, and doctorate. Some of the research projects in which Dr. Medina has participated: i) Study of the administrative profile of the SMEs in the state of Tamaulipas, ii) Consolidation of the scientific and technological infrastructure for the exploration and sustainable exploitation of unconventional hydrocarbons, oil/gas shale in Mexico, iii) Institutional Repository of the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas, iv) Information technologies and systems in public and private organizations in the state of Tamaulipas, v) e-Government: Tax collector, vi) e-Banking for customer loyalty and satisfaction, among others. Since 2010, he is a member of the National System of Researchers in Mexico.
