Zafer Yilmaz received his PhD degree from Turkish Military Academy Defense Sciences Institute, Department of Supply and Logistics Management. Before joining to TED University, he was a post-doctoral researcher at McGill University for 1.5 year. He taught Operations Management and Logistics Management Courses at McGill University. His interests include Operations Management, Management Science, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Network Analysis, Modelling and Simulation. His current researches focuses on Green Transportation, E-Commerce, Multi Criteria Decision Making, and Green Consumption.
Silvia Golem is an associate professor at Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism Split, University of Split and CERGE-EI Teaching Fellow. At the present time, she teaches different courses: Methodology of Economic Research, Urban Economics, Spatial Economics and Macroeconomic Planning. She actively participates in scientific projects mainly related to methodology of economic research, urban and public economics.
Dorinela Costescu is a professor, Faculty of Transports, Polytechnic University of Bucharest. She has over 25 years of academic and research experience in the Transport Engineering domain. Her teaching has covered Transport Systems, Geographic Information Systems for Transport (GIS-T), Transport Geography, Public Transport, and Management of Transport Projects. As a researcher, she has worked on studies concerning intermodal transport, city logistics, and transport terminals. In the period 2012 – 2016, she coordinated a multidisciplinary research team for studies regarding road safety in the urban environment and traffic risk estimates. Since 2017 her primary interests have focused on sustainable technologies for urban transport systems (mobility and public transport solutions for passengers and city logistics). In 2021 she achieved the habilitation in the Transport Engineering domain with the thesis "Urban Mobility: A Main Theme of the Sustainable Development."
