Fredrick Japhet Mtenzi ’s research interests include designing secure mobile micropayment transactions in low-end mobile devices, design of robust protocols for gathering online evidence and investigations, cyber security, security auditing, techniques for improving predictive protection in cyber security, and security metrics development. Recently the editor has been working on developing de-identification strategies which will increase the utility and privacy of sensitive information in the era of big data. Specifically, these de-identification strategies are used in increasing the sharing of electronic healthcare records.
George S. Oreku is a highly skilled Information Technology professional, with more than 14 years of experience in Research, Information Communication Technology, Information Security and IT Consultancies. Knowledge in development of culturally sensitive educational models (South Africa, Finland, China and Tanzania), able to function optimally in multilingual and its integrations to R&D. Highly motivated skilled trainer and researcher in computer science, cyber security, cyber power and national security, the editor possesses specialised knowledge in eCommerce and DBMS solutions and have experience across the full system development lifecycle in particular banking systems.
Dennis M. Lupiana is a researcher, consultant and a lecturer at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), Tanzania with experience of over 16 years in ICT. He taught in the Dublin Institute of Technology and the Griffith College in Dublin, Ireland for over four years. He is very familiar with the ICT landscape of Tanzania. He has led and completed many consulting assignments in areas such as assessment of ICT infrastructures, software development, IT governance and digital marketing in the country. His research interests include Smart system and their applications, digital payments and digital capacity building.
