Remya Lathabhavan is an Assistant Professor of Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya, India. Her research interests include Glass Ceiling, Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resource Management, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Career Progression, mental health and psychology. She authored many articles and book chapters in peer reviewed journals and books.
Prabir Padhy is working as an Assistant Professor (Sr.) in VIT Business School, Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Padhy has more than 14 years of experience in academics, research, corporate consultancy and have more than 32 publications in the journals of national and international repute. Padhy has a special interest for working in the areas of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour.
