Afzal Sayed Munna is a Doctoral Researcher (PhD in Education) at the University of Bath, and DProf at the University of Sunderland and currently working as a Digital Learning and Teaching Lead, Lecturer and Supervisor, Research Ethics Review Committee, at the University of Sunderland in London. Afzal also acted as an academic/programme Coordinator at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David London Campus. Afzal is also acting as a Programme & Module External Examiner at the University of Hertfordshire, Cardiff Metropolitan University and London Metropolitan University. He is also acting as a Mentor, at the University of Westminster and a Qualified Assessor, IQA, Lead IQA and EQA. Afzal also serves as an independent education oversight consultant and an entrepreneur by profession. Afzal holds a Qualified Teacher Status (QTLS), Chartered Manager Status (CMgr), Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE), a Senior Fellow in the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), and a Member of the Society for Education and Training (SET), the British Educational Research Association (BERA) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Afzal serve as an Academic Board Member at the University of Sunderland, Practitioner Advisory Group Member at the Society for Education and Training (SET), peer reviewer for Journal of Education (SAGE Publication) and sit in the editorial board of International Journal of Asian Education (IJAE) eISSN: 2722-8592, International Education and Culture Studies eISSN: 2766-6778, Gnosi: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Human Theory and Praxis eISSN: 2714-2485 and Asia-Pacific Journal of Educational Management Research (AJEMR).
Uzoechi Nwagbara teaches at the University of Sunderland in London and Visiting Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) at LSC, Visiting Professor, Coal City University, and Doctoral Advisor, University of the West of Scotland. He has published widely on CSR & management. He consults on management-related fields and reviews papers for journals. He is on the editorial boards of Journal of Sustainable Development in Africa, JPAS, & Africana. He is an academic & writer. He has his BA, MA, MSc (HRM), PhD (Management) & PG Cert/MA.
Yahaya Alhassan is a Principal Lecturer in Finance and Strategic Management at the University of Sunderland in London. He is also the Assistant Head of Academic Operations responsible for quality assurance and new program development. He is responsible for making sure our program development activities, teaching, learning and academic programs are fit for purpose and consistent with all University regulations and national subject benchmarks. He holds a PhD in Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University and MBA in Finance from the University of Sunderland. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA).
