Editor/Author Biographies
Galina Yolova is Associate Professor at the Legal Studies Department, Economic University of Varna, Bulgaria, PhD in Criminal Law. Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Studies, with over 26 years of teaching and research experience. She has over 120 scientific publications and her research interests are in the field of Labour Law, Social-Security Law, Healthcare insurance, Digitalization, Artificial intellect, eHealth. Member of Union of Scientists – Varna, and member of the Bulgarian association of Labour law and social security.
Darina Dimitrova is a Doctor of Law, Senior Assistant Professor at the University of Economics - Varna, Department of Legal Studies. She has 25 years of teaching experience. Her research interests are in the field of administrative law. She participates in the organizing committees of all scientific conferences held by the Department of Legal Studies, two of which she has chaired. Darina Dimitrova performs the functions of Scientific Secretary of the Department of Legal Studies and, in this regard, makes contacts with specialized libraries of related scientific organizations and universities. She has co-authored a number of interdisciplinary publications exploring the interrelationship between labour and administrative law aspects of labour law compliance, labour migration and labour mobility.
Hristina Blagoycheva is Doctor of Economics, Associated professor at the Finance Department, University of Economics – Varna, Varna, Bulgaria. Since 2019 she is a Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, University of Economics – Varna. Member of the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria and Member of the Scientific and Technical Unions - Varna, “Finance” section. She writes and presents on issues of social security, corporate social responsibility and social innovations. She has been invited as a lecturer at various Bulgarian universities and as a social security consultant in the business. She is an author of 99 publications in Bulgaria and abroad with more than 220 citations of her publications.
Plamena Nedyalkova is the chief assistant at the Department of Accounting, Economic University of Varna, Bulgaria and a certified internal auditor at the Ministry of Finance. Also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors in Bulgaria, she has gathered extensive professional experience as an accountant, chief accountant, and assistant auditor. Since 2014, she has been a certified internal auditor in the public sector at the Ministry of Finance in Bulgaria. Over the years, she has been a guest lecturer at numerous foreign universities. Works with various non-governmental organizations to support society.
