Editor/Author Biographies
Muhammad Rafiq is working as an Assistant Professor at Graduate Business School, UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration specialization in Human Resource Management from the Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2018. His teaching and research interests lie in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. He has vast experience in publications and reviewing in top publishers like Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, Wiley, Springer, Sage, Inderscience, etc. Moreover, he has published more than 35 research articles in International Journals. He is serving as an Associate Editor of Vision Journal of Business Perspective, International Journal Of Productivity and Performance Management, Academic Editor of PlosOne Journal and reviewer of numerous journals.
Dr. Farrukh holds a Ph.D. in Management with a focus on intrapreneurship and industrial psychology. Currently based at Shenzhen MSU-BIT, he brings a wealth of experience from previous roles at institutions such as Beijing Institute of Technology, China, University of Cyberjaya, and Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. An Adjunct Lecturer at UCSI in Malaysia, Dr. Farrukh has extended his teaching expertise to universities in Thailand and Pakistan.
Beyond academia, he actively contributes to the scholarly community as an associate editor and reviewer for reputable SSCI indexed journals.With a publication record in SSCI and Scopus indexed journals and research featured in ESI's top-cited publications, Dr. Farrukh brings a unique blend of academic expertise and practical experience. His hands-on involvement as an active member of a founding teams, playing a key role in launching ventures, adds a practical dimension to his profile. Through his comprehensive background and dedication to bridging theory and practice, Dr. Farrukh is poised to make enduring contributions in the field of management and beyond.

Mushtaq Rizwan, currently heading the MSc Data Science & Business Analytics program at the Department of Finance, Economics & Law, is distinguished by his profound expertise in Financial Economics. Holding an MS in Banking & Finance and a PhD from EDC Paris Business School, his research is centered around CSR disclosure, firm innovation, access to finance, and the application of AI and ML in finance. An esteemed educator, he imparts knowledge in Financial Risk Management, Portfolio Management, Financial Markets, Corporate Finance, and Data Analytics Tools.

Omkar Dastane obtained his Ph.D. in Business from Curtin University and is working as an Assistant Professor and Head of Program (MBAs) at the UCSI Graduate Business School, UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Dr. Omkar’s research mainly emphasizes digital consumer behavior, consumer perception and values, technological impact on businesses, and scale development studies in the marketing domain. His research has been published in several international journals and books including the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Marketing Intelligence & Planning among others. He is also an active reviewer for Web of Science and Scopus Indexed Journals.
