Reviews & Statements

The first book I've read that really understands the issues of building an enterprise software business and provides tools needed to manage the innovation process.

– Bill Wright President, Wrightsoft Corporation

Many large enterprise software projects fail to meet their goals because the human and organization components of the system are viewed separately from the technology. Le Clair provides that 'interdependent view' required for success. An excellent set of tools for the consultant or business analyst.

– James Watson, Jr. CEO, Doculabs, Inc.

Finally... a book that merges the human and technical aspects of the innovation process into a set of frameworks that can be applied by academics, professionals, and most importantly, the brave new techno-entrepreneurs of today. The book fills a much needed gap in the software industry.

– Peter Morgan Vice President Marketing, OpenPages

Organizations have invested billions of dollars in enterprise software over the past decade. Craig Le Clair has put his finger on the solution - you succeed in the Enterprise Software market by making sure that your customer succeeds. This practical guide shows how to unlock these benefits. A must read for those who deliver software solutions, as well as their customers.
