Editor/Author Biographies
Saqib Saeed is an assistant professor at the Computer Information System department at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Saudi Arabia. He has a Ph.D. in Information Systems from University of Siegen, Germany, and a Masters degree in Software Technology from Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences, Germany. He is also a certified software quality engineer from American Society of Quality. His research interests lie in the areas of human-centered computing, computer supported cooperative work, empirical software engineering and ICT4D.
Christopher G. Reddick is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Public Administration at the University of Texas at San Antonio, USA. Dr. Reddick’s research and teaching interests is in e-government. Some of his publications can be found in Government Information Quarterly, Electronic Government, and the International Journal of Electronic Government Research. Dr. Reddick recently edited the book entitled Handbook of Research on Strategies for Local E-Government Adoption and Implementation: Comparative Studies.
