Editor/Author Biographies
Irene Maria Portela is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Management at the Polytechnic Institute of Cavado and Ave, Portugal. She is graduated in Law, holds has a Master in Public Administration and holds a PhD in Law, in the field of Anti-Terrorism Law from Universy of Santiago de Compostela (Spain). She teaches subjects related with Constitutional Law to undergraduated and post-graduated studies. She regularly publishes in international peer-reviewed journals and participates on international scientific conferences. Her work appears in several papers published in journals, book chapters and conference proceedings.
Fernando Almeida is currently a Coordinator Professor for Informatics Engineering in the School of Science and Technology at Polytechnic Institute of Gaya, Portugal. He is the Director of the Master degree of Network Administration and Information Systems. He is also a consultant and R&D engineer in FP7 European Projects in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). His research interests are mainly in Information Security, Information Systems, Software Engineering and Enterprise Architectures.
