Editor/Author Biographies
Tiong-Thye Goh holds a BSc and an MSc in electrical engineering from the Ohio State University (USA) an MBA with distinction from Manchester Business School (UK), and a PhD in information systems from Massey University (New Zealand). He has worked in polytechnics and universities, a research laboratory, commercial organization, and defense organization as a research and development engineer and a project engineer. He is currently a lecturer with the School of Information Management at Victoria University (New Zealand). He has published various book chapters and journals in e-learning. His areas of research interest include multiplatform e-learning systems, database system development, enterprise business intelligence, and health informatics.
