They discuss the conceptual and applied strategic frameworks used in remote workforce training, such as open systems, badging and open badging, gamification and 3D, and learning-support managers, as well as the strategic advantages of e-learning, approaches that encourage occupational satisfaction, trainee reactions, learning perception, and training transfer, and the design of online policy compliance training in higher education.
