circle_lowryProf. Genevieve Lowry, Bank Street College of Education, USA
Prof. Genevieve Lowry has been a Certified Child Life Specialist since 1990, working both in clinical settings and private practice. She is currently faculty at Bank Street College of Education in the Child Life Program and teaches a course on The Role of the Child Life Specialist Beyond the Hospital: A local, national and global view. Her interest in child life practice in the community led to the facilitation of a parenting discussion group at a local jail. Additionally, she provides consulting to a wide array of organizations, schools, and nonprofits, providing workshops, educational training, and online materials. She is trained as a Reiki Teacher and in guided imagery and is a certified educator of infant massage, family trauma, and an end-of-life doula. She is the founder of the Convenient Classroom, which provides online learning opportunities for child life specialists, co-host of the podcast Coping Kits for Everyday Life, and an editor of the book “The Role of Child Life Specialists in Community Settings.” She received her undergraduate degree from Wheelock College and her Master's degree from Fordham University.

An adjunct professor at Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business, Prof. Darrell Gunter is a seasoned digital executive who has played a pivotal role in advancing major initiatives within the information industry, including Factiva, ScienceDirect, Scopus, BiomedExperts.com, ReviewerFinder, and Underline. As the founder of Gunter Media Group, Inc., his consulting firm, he provides strategic advice to CEOs ranging from startups to leading publishers. A respected author, Prof. Gunter has edited the volume "Transforming Scholarly Research with Blockchain Technologies and AI," showcasing his expertise in the intersection of technology and scholarly research. His additional publications are accessible on his ORCID profile. Beyond his professional endeavors, Prof. Gunter contributes to various non-profit boards, including the Global DARE Foundation, the Wissahickon Trails Board, US Amateur Boxing, and the Montgomery County Community College Foundation. He earned his BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business and later pursued an MBA at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Known for his insightful column "The Innovator's Saga" in an Against The Grain publication, Prof. Gunter also hosts the long-running radio program "Leadership with Darrell W Gunter," now in its 14th season. The show airs at 8:00 am on Saturdays on WSOU HD 89.5 FM / WSOU.net, and previous episodes can be found on his iTunes Podbean Podcast.


circle_pickeringProf. Taima Moeke-Pickering, Laurentian University, Canada
Prof. Taima Moeke-Pickering, PhD in Psychology from the University of Waikato, proudly identifies as Maori, belonging to the Ngati Pukeko and Tuhoe tribes. Currently serving as a full professor and Interim Director in the School of Indigenous Relations at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario, she imparts knowledge through courses on Indigenous research methodologies, international Indigenous issues, and United Nations and Indigenous social work. Her doctoral research utilized a decolonizing methodology to assess Indigenous-based programs, reflecting her commitment to advancing Indigenous perspectives. Prof. Moeke-Pickering is an accomplished author with a focus on Decolonization strategies, social change, and Indigenous well-being, evident in her numerous articles. Beyond academia, she has extensive experience collaborating with international Indigenous communities, specializing in women's empowerment, evaluative research, big data analysis, and photovoice methodologies. A passionate advocate, she actively shares her insights and engages with a global audience through her Twitter account, @tmoekepickering. In addition to her scholarly contributions, Prof. Moeke-Pickering has co-edited impactful books such as "Decolonizing & Indigenizing Education in Canada" (2020) and "Critical Reflections and Politics for Advancing Women in the Academy" (2020), showcasing her dedication to fostering inclusive education and gender equality. Furthermore, she serves as the lead editor for the upcoming book "Perspectives on Indigenous Pedagogy in Education: Learning from One Another" (2023).

Born in 1979, Prof. Ali Önder earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2009. Currently a distinguished faculty member at the University of Portsmouth in the UK, Prof. Önder specializes in the Economics of Science and Innovation where he empirically investigates careers and impact of scientists, efficient ways of science and knowledge production. With an impressive track record, Prof. Önder has authored 25 articles and book chapters, amassing over 500 citations. Notably, his research on the careers of economists earned mention in Malcolm Gladwell's bestseller, "David and Goliath." Continuing to contribute significantly to the academic landscape, Prof. Önder is currently researching the productivity of patent teams, social media's effects on citations, and the effects of tenure on academic productivity.

Prof. Sahar Rehman is an enabler of her dreams. She earned two master’s degrees; first, she earned a master of business administration (MBA) degree in Pakistan at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University in Karachi (where she also earned her bachelor of business administration degree). Her second master’s degree is from Northeastern University (MS) in the field of organizational and corporate communication. She currently teaches intercultural communications at the Northeastern University College of Professional Studies as a part-time lecturer. She is a Human Resources Practitioner. She serves at the Board of Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center and Association of Employment Professionals. She moved to America in 2015 with a hope to be able to practice her right to continue to receive education, to not be a part of conservative mindsets who think women who work is a rebellion, is not respectable, and does not have an identity of her own.
